1. Our principles

2. How AI is used on the Platform
AI may support features such as:
- Video/audio transcription (where enabled)
- Organisation of applications and workflow insights
- Analytics to improve platform performance and user experience
AI outputs are advisory only and subject to human review. YourCVVideo.com does not make employment decisions.
3. No automated rejections
We are designed to avoid "black-box" automated rejections. Candidates should receive clear outcomes based on human review.
4. Fairness & bias monitoring
We take steps to reduce bias risk, including monitoring AI-supported features and reviewing platform processes for unintended discriminatory outcomes where legally and practically possible.
Recruiters are responsible for ensuring their screening and selection is compliant with the Equality Act 2010.
5. Accessibility & reasonable adjustments
We support fair access for all candidates. Where required, candidates and recruiters should consider reasonable adjustments (e.g., alternative formats, accommodations) in line with applicable law.
6. Candidate rights
Candidates can manage profile visibility (where enabled), request access to their data, and delete their account. See Privacy Policy and Candidate Terms.
7. Recruiter obligations
Verified recruiter access is subject to our Recruiter Terms. Misuse of candidate data may result in suspension, termination, reporting, or legal action.
